Customer Service Advisor urgently needed on a temporary basis for 12 weeks for large outsourcing company.

The candidate will be needed to ensure a professional and high quality contact service is given via multiple channels. The service is to be delivered and maintained on behalf of my client for all customer and supplier contact.

The post holder will be required to provide a welcoming service to customers and suppliers. Provide resolution to request for advice and service in accordance with the Customer Support Services standard operating procedures.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- To enter information from customers accurately and in enough detail into a call logging and client information management system, ensuring that relevant information is obtained, is recorded accurately and in enough detail for the hand-off of complex queries to the Subject Matter Experts (SME's).
- Report promptly to the Customer Support Services Manager or Team Manager any potential escalations.
- The post holder will need to search for information from multiple systems to resolve customer/supplier queries.
- To be accountable for delivering individual key performance indicators expected within the Customer Support Services environment.
- The post holder is expected to work as part of the overall Customer Support Services team to ensure all key performance indicators are met against target. Responding to demands in services as instructed by the Team Manager or Manager.
- To answer all channels of contacts to the Customer Support Services in an efficient, courteous, professional and non judgemental manner.
- To be fully pro-active and flexible at all times regarding working rotas and working patterns.
- Assist in providing cover in the absence of colleagues or in covering vacant positions.

EXPERIENCE:

- Must have a good general knowledge across work procedures and practices, underpinned by theoretical knowledge and practical experience across the service.
- Must be able to take personal responsibility to resolve customer queries in accordance with the agreed guidelines.
- Attend any compulsory training courses, in service training, individual training sessions and external training courses where appropriate.
