Key responsibilities:
Deal effectively with all incoming calls from customers, clients and consumers.
Carry out outbound courtesy calls as and when required
Process customer finance applications and deal with pre payout and underwriting queries
Undertaking a range of processing tasks in accordance with company policy and procedures to deliver excellent service and achieve centre
Performance targets.
Addressing and where appropriate escalating issues and problems to senior agents or the team leader to achieve the best possible outcome for the business
Identifying and escalating ideas for operational process improvements to deliver a better service and/or improve efficiency.
Proactively developing the necessary knowledge and skills needed to achieve successfully delivery and provide accurate and current advice and appropriate support to colleagues.
