Our client, a large financial institution, is looking for someone to join their team in Coventry for an initial 10 months. The role will be full time working Monday to Friday 9am/5pm.

Key responsibilities:

Deal effectively with all incoming calls from customers, clients and consumers.

Carry out outbound courtesy calls as and when required

Process customer finance applications and deal with pre payout and underwriting queries

Undertaking a range of processing tasks in accordance with company policy and procedures to deliver excellent service and achieve centre

Performance targets.

Addressing and where appropriate escalating issues and problems to senior agents or the team leader to achieve the best possible outcome for the business

Identifying and escalating ideas for operational process improvements to deliver a better service and/or improve efficiency.

Proactively developing the necessary knowledge and skills needed to achieve successfully delivery and provide accurate and current advice and appropriate support to colleagues.

Experience required:

Data accuracy, attention to detail

Ability to work as a team and on own initiative

Flexible approach to undertaking the role, adaptability

Ability to follow processes and policy frameworks

Ability to work under pressure
