THE ROLE:
* To deal with the end to end on/boarding process for both newly recruited and existing customers
* Inbound and outbound calling
* Exercise current policies and procedures such as; Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti Money Laundering
* Take ownership and make decisions on individual cases within discretionary limits and decide whether further investigation is required, what investigation is required and provide recommendations to management.
* Maintain and provide key stakeholder management support in the form of dealing with queries on the progress of an applications status and providing solutions to technical queries.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
* Deliver outstanding customer service
* Maintain balance between the interests of both the Company and its customers
* Deliver to high standards - time, cost, quality, efficiency, value
* Takes on and achieves stretching challenges and targets
* Takes responsibility and accountability for resolving issues that prevents resolution
* Good PC Skills including Microsoft Office such as Word and Excel
* Good written and verbal communication skills
* Good planning and organising
* Team Player
* Excellent attention to detail
* Able to use own initiative
