THE ROLE:
* Dealing with Premier Clients
* Inbound calls only all types as first point of contact for clients
* Escalating complaints, issues and problems to the team leader or relevant channel to achieve the best possible outcome for the customer
* Deliver excellent customer service and achieve centre performance targets.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
* Excellent literary and numeracy skills
* Excellent communications skills
* Contact centre experience
* Professional, passionate and enthusiastic
* Experience of working in Financial Services/regulated environment would be advantageous.
* Practice of having worked to tight schedules and achieving daily targets
* Experience of achieving high quality targets essential
