Our client, a large financial institution, is looking for someone to join their contact centre team in Cardiff, on a part/time basis, to help deal with post payout queries and loans queries from both newly recruited and existing clients.

Key responsibilities:

Deal effectively with all incoming calls from customers, clients and consumers.

Carry out outbound courtesy calls as and when required

Process customer finance applications and deal with pre payout and underwriting queries

Identify opportunities to expand our capabilities through valuable customer feedback.

Identify trends from feedback, and assess whether an issue needs to be escalated to the sales teams or Risk

Work through queries in a timely manner to ensure that proposals can be paid out with minimal inconvenience to customer and clients.

Pro/active management of online customer enquiries, aiming for a timely response with first contact resolution

Pro/active engagement with a number of stakeholders across the business to ensure that all feedback, learning and successes are shared and escalated.

All mandatory training to be completed within timescales set

Where applicable, all risk identified to be escalated to Team Leaders

Undertake tasks as requested by the Team Leader to support the business and team performance

Experience required:

Data accuracy, attention to detail
