Projektbeschreibung

We are looking for a Customer Service Adviser to work within an agrochemical company on 6 month contract (36 hours per week). This role will require you to have knowledge of the horticultural industry.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Responsible for order management and proactively identifying and initiating improvements (wherever applicabile) of the assigned sales area.
- Responsible for creating accurate orders in a timely manner to keep unsold products(s) at a minimum level.
- Responsible for the strategic decision making to resolve unconfirmed order lines at the time of order creation
- Responsible for the proactive measures of shortages, inputting substitutions and correct rejections.
- Responsible for the communicating order changes in a timely manner (to customers and Back Office)
- Responsible for the accurate information flow with supply chain and Back Office; ensuring information is sent through the correct channels [unexclusion, LCF, LOR etc.).
- Assist other departments in daily operations [accountsescalating to local product manager of assigned sales area for detailed technical support.
- To collect, collate and archive all departmental documents - eg confirmation of order acknowledgement, proof of delivery (external logistic company, external courier or otherwise), literature requests, order forms, purchase orders, credit and debit memos, letters/emails and electronic files which have been received from customers.
- Responsible for the information flow in regards to expected availabilities (of all assigned sales areas), general enquiries and complaints; escalating wherever applicable.
- Responsible for communicating accurate information flow to field personnel, relevant departments and customers.
- Participate within multi-departmental projects, with overlapping group objectives.

Critical knowledge

- GCSE English and GCSE Maths, or equivalent.
- Horticultural comprehension, ideally that of planning cycles (potting), sale cycles, production and of species.
- Knowledge of the business and customers.

Critical experience

- Experience of working within a customer service or a sales position.
- Experience of a SAP/FEP system.
- Experience of working with Microsoft Office.
- Experience of implementing systems and/or ways of working change.
- Critical technical, professional and personal capabilities
- Customer focused, customer friendly and serviced minded.
- Able to use own judgement to assess when to collaborate and when to work on own initiative
- Ability to influence people
- Good communication skills
- Ability to be analytical and well organised.
