Roles and responsibilities include
. Taking incoming calls and logging problems database according to contractual requirements
. Managing systems breakdown till completion
. Drive customer notification
. Escalate issues as required.
. Take incoming calls from Field Engineers
. Enter all comments and agree action plan.
. Manage Field Engineers work plans and escalate
. Ordering parts using the current parts ordering processes
. Organising distribution of parts in the Region or Megastores
Core Customer Care agent must have previous experience of:
. Basic Computer Skills
. Ability to Work independently with minimum direction
. Effective communication skills
. Basic typing skills.
. Strong Interpersonal Skills
. Fluent in English Language required.
. Team player
. MS Office proficiency
. Must have previous experience of dealing with complex work stations and computer systems
