CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR - FARNBOROUGH

TEMP TO PERM VACANCY (JANUARY START)

£7.50 PER HOUR

Shift patterns (working 5 days out of 7 - including weekends). You will work between 8am-8pm (either 8am-5pm, 9am-6pm, 10am-7pm or 11am-8pm)

Due to company growth, our client based in the outskirts of Farnborough; are looking for a number of individuals to add to a team of customer service advisors within an inbound contact centre.

The role requires you to:

- Deal professionally with customer complaints and order enquiries
- Set up/update customer accounts with customer orders
- Track delivery times and take payments
- Problem solve to ensure the customer is kept satisfied at all times
- Reply to emails/letters
- Answer calls in busy periods

The ideal candidate will have a customer focused attitude with excellent writing skills as well as a good telephone manner. You will also live locally to Farnborough (preferably a driver due to location) and be happy working shift patterns - weekends included. All applicants must be available to start from 20th January 2014.
