Customer Service Advisor

We are recruiting a large number of experienced Customer Service professionals based in Leeds (LS2 8AE) on a contract basis for a FTSE 100 company within the Financial Services/Banking sector.

You will have experience within a telephone based role (Customer Service or Call Centre) ideally within a Financial Services or Banking environment, but this is not essential.

On a starting salary of £16,500, initially on a 6 Month Contract (with a Strong chance of extension), working 37.5 hours per week, we have a mixture of shifts available:

- 08.00 to 16.00 Monday to Friday 
- 10.00 to 18.00 Monday to Friday
- 13.00 to 21.00 Monday to Friday

You will also work every Saturday, 8 hours between 08.00 and 18.00 with a day off in lieu the following week.

PURPOSE OF THE JOB

To maximise customer loyalty by providing an excellent customer service, demonstrating brand behaviour and exceeding customer expectations wherever possible; quickly building rapport and ensuring that all customers are effectively informed of the key features of the options available to them to support their decision making.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS REQUIRED

- Contact centre/Customer Service experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Confident and customer focused telephone manner
- Numeracy and computer literacy 
- Able to analyse data and make decisions confidently
- Customer focused when dealing with a range of people
- Have meticulous attention to detail
- Be highly organised and able to manage own workload to meet stretching targets and strict deadlines
- Able to work as part of a team
