You will be receiving inbound calls from the general public handling queries on their accounts.
To be considered for this role you will have previous experience within a Customer Service position
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactive in dealing with customer queries
- Update applications with all customer contact and call information accurately on every call
- To ensure that customer queries are dealt with promptly
At this time, you will be paid an hourly rate of £6.38 per hour.
Upon successful completion of training and grad-bay, your achievements will be recognised and will be rewarded with an increase on your hourly rate of £7.71 per hour OTE.
Hours of work:
30 - 40 hours per week, 5 shifts per week
Monday - Sunday
08:00am - 8:00pm
Candidates are required to be 100% flexible to work the above hours.
