We are looking for Customer Service Advisors to join our team in Bognor Regis.

Duties:

* Receive incoming calls from Customers (No outbound).
* Handle calls in the correct manner.
* Be persuasive, persistent and self motivated.
* Update systems and maintain customer engagement.

You should have a confident telephone manner, ability to work under pressure and have previous customer service experience.

The hours of this role are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm.
