Salary: £14,287.00 per annum pro-rata.
Hours: 30 hours per week across Monday to Saturday
Flexibility: Part-Time, Job Share

We are currently recruiting for a part-time Customer Service Adviser working  in our Fraserburgh branch.

Your Role

At Santander we're aiming to make everything simpler for customers and colleagues. When our customers visit one of our branches you will be their first point of contact, offering a personal and efficient service backed up by a great range of products. That will involve a lot more than just answering questions - you will play a key role in building relationships with our customers by transacting on and servicing accounts, helping them with a wide range of enquiries regarding our products and services and working with colleagues to provide the right solutions to meet their needs.

What we will be looking for in you

As a Customer Service Adviser you will need excellent listening and communication skills and a high level of motivation as well as previous experience in a customer service role. A flexible approach and strong team working skills are also required. In addition, as you'll be working in a regulated environment a high level of numeracy and computer literacy are also essential. You will preferably come from a customer facing retail environment and have experience in cash handling.
