"On Call" Customer Service Adviser - Nottingham

Your Role This is an "On call" contract, offering flexible cover to our branches across Nottingham and other local branches in the Region.

You'll be guaranteed and paid for at least one hour per month/12 hours per year. Additional hours will vary according to branch requirements and will most likely be a mix of pre-arranged and short-notice cover, so flexibility around hours and location is essential.

That will involve a lot more than just answering questions - you will play a key role in building relationships with our customers by transacting on and servicing accounts, helping them with a wide range of enquiries regarding our products and services and working with colleagues to provide the right solutions to meet their needs.

Your Reward Starting salary is £7.85 per hour.

What we will be looking for in you As an "On Call" Customer Service Adviser you will need excellent listening and communication skills and a high level of motivation as well as previous experience in a customer service role.

A flexible approach and strong team working skills are also required. In addition, as you'll be working in a regulated environment a high level of numeracy and computer literacy are also essential.
