Customer Support Administrator
Derby
3 Month Contract
£ Negotiable

Syntax require a Customer Support Administrator to work at our Derby City Centre offices. This is a 3 month initial contract to start ASAP in June 2014.

The primary focus of this role will to be to ensure that our contractors and candidates are completely happy whilst working for us and leave having received a positive customer experience.

Skills/Experience/Duties:
- Ensuring contractors are paid on time and accurately.
- Timesheets/Expenses are entered and authorised according to deadlines. Manually inputting timesheets where necessary.
- Chasing any missing timesheets and outstanding authorisations.
- On-boarding and off-boarding of contractors.
- Dealing with ad-hoc queries from contractors and clients (by phone and email).
- Contract Administration - creating/checking contract documentations for contractors and clients.
- Administration of our online timesheet system (InTime). Walking contractors through how to use the inTime system.
- Sending out T&Cs through in Time. Ensuring all contract documents are accepted, including T&Cs.
- Administration of documents: ID, Ltd and Umbrella documents.
- Advising contractors on Umbrella and Ltd company options.
- Owning the contractor Renewals list and ensuring optimum recycling of contractors. Communicating Finishers List of contractors to the sales team.
- Reporting on weekly SLAs/KPIs at Monday Sales Meeting.
- Managing regular Customer Satisfaction Surveys.
- Own the PSL of Umbrella providers (preferred supplier list).
