Bank of America Merrill Lynch is currently seeking to recruit a Customer Service Administrator to join their Treasury Services division in the offices based in Bromley.
We are looking for passionate candidates to carry out a quarterly survey with all Client Services customers. The successful candidate will call clients asking pre-scripted questions and take an overview on their experience of the Client Services Team.
Key skills for a Customer Service Administrator:
*Professional and confident written and verbal communication skills
*General knowledge of global financial services organisations would be advantageous.
*Proactive positive attitude with the ability to work under pressure
*High attention to detail
*Excellent telephone communication skills
Responsibilities of a Customer Service Administrator:
*Collate and analyse customer feedback
*Identify and challenge any negative effects on the customer experience due to any new product launches, process changes and improvement projects
*Assist with the overall service delivery through quality and consistency.
