My market leading client is currently looking for a customer focused administrator to join their support service, ensuring that the most effective processes are followed at all times and that the customers' needs are not only met, but exceeded.

You will be required to:
* To deliver the best possible administration service to colleagues within the Customer Services Unit
* To maintain and update relevant databases as required, ensuring total accuracy
* To ensure that all documentation is accurately sent to the relevant client or department within the organisation
* Issue order packs and/or registration packs as instructed
* Input all data contained on incoming documentation and distribute the workloads accurately, ensuring all data is entered correctly.

Required experience/Skills
* Knowledge, understanding and experience of Customer Services
* Experience of working within an administration team, operating similar processes and systems
* Good verbal and written Communication skills
* Good literacy skills and attention to detail
* High level of interpersonal skills, with an ability to deal with people at all levels
* Demonstrable ability to use own initiative and flexible in personal approach

This is a fantastic six month full time opportunity paying £14000 per annum and includes a competitive benefits package including holiday allowance.
