Customer Service Admin - Part time

A leading outsourcing and logistics company are looking for part time Customer Service Admin to join their busy team in Redditch.

In this Job you will be working with a multi national finance giant, providing excellent customer service and processing requests. If successful you would start the first week in June and be given training. You would work 08:45-13:00 Monday-Friday and be given a 15 min break.

Taking phone calls is a major part of the job, so we are looking for someone who has experience of answering calls and is used to being in a busy, fast paced environment. We are looking for someone with excellent IT skills as well as a willingness/ability to learn new things.
