Our client, a manufacturing company located in Twinsburg is looking for a Customer Service Rep to join their team! The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in customer service, excellent written and oral communication skills, and intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.

Job Description:

Mostly emailing responses to customers (average 40 per day)

Tracking orders

Emailing

Scanning

Scheduling meetings

Data entry

Requirements:

Intermediate skills in excel (macros/formulas)

Alpha/Numeric (8,000 KPH)

1-2 years experience in customer interaction

Type: Temp (Long term)

Hours: M-F 8am - 5pm
