Customer Service Advisor/Customer Service Representative required for a leading Medical Solutions Provider based in Hatfield to be responsible for handling incoming customer calls and business enquires. They are seeking multiple Customer Service advisors to join their vibrant and busy team for a 3 to 6 month initial contract.

Roles and responsibilities include

* Taking incoming calls and customer enquiries and issues

* Drive customer notification

* Escalate issues as required.

* Enter all comments and agree action plan.

* Basic administration duties ie Emailing and filing

Customer Service Advisor must have previous experience of:

* Basic Computer Skills

* Ability to Work independently with minimum direction

* Effective communication skills

* Basic typing skills.

* Strong Interpersonal Skills

* Fluent in English Language required.

* Team player

* MS Office proficiency

* Oracle or SAP system experience is desirable but not mandatory
