Customer Sales Agent - Contract - County Durham - £competitive

Synergize are now hiring for a Customer Sales Agent to work at a leading financial client in County Durham on a long-term contract basis.

This role will be working as part of a large team of sales agents who are responsible for the handling of both existing and new customers for a leading financial client who strive to uphold the values of their industry.

Responsibilities include:

- Handling inbound and outbound sales calls in accordance with company procedures in a courteous and professional manner.
- Enhancing customer experiences and ensuring all regulatory requirements are met
- Adhere to existing SLA's and call-time measures
- Take responsibility to ensure personal targets are always met

Experience required:

- Previous sales experience would be ideal, in both an inbound or outbound capacity
- Strong customer service skills, with a helpful and positive attitude
- Demonstrable experience of hitting and surpassing targets set
- Flexibility around shift patterns and adaptability to change
