I am currently looking for Customer Retention Advisor's to join Virgin Media's expanding team within their offices based in Wythenshawe. We love our customers and we hate to see them go. So when customers call to break up with us, you'll see if you can make things right. If you can turn a negative situation into a positive experience, you'll help them decide to stay. You'll make them happier by telling them about other great Virgin products and services they could be enjoying - whilst at the same time achieve your own targets and helping the team achieve theirs at the same time.

I am looking for someone who is a confident communicator and is passionate about delivering a consistently high level of service. A background in delivering customer service within a telesales and contact centre environment is key for this role.
