Projektbeschreibung

Manage projects to identify indepth knowledge on customer behaviour and attitudes to shape new product development and understand overall customer satisfaction in this fast paced and diverse Energy marketing team.

The role will involve championing the voice of the consumer in the team, and ensuring that at all times the Marketing team remain focussed on delivering a solution that meets the consumers' needs.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:

Educated to graduate level, or equivalent experience

Experience of market research methodologies, sample data preparation and reporting

Sound qualitative and quantitative research experience

You could be from a agency or client background and you will bring strong experience of customer research and we, in turn, will support you in developing your talent.
