Projektbeschreibung

The Customer Representative will be responsible for managing all aspects of customer service including answering inquiries via phone and e-mail, taking service orders, and follow up services. Customers may be internal or external with requests of varying degrees of complexity.

SKILLS:

Must have strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills as well as a good analytical ability.

- Experience with MS Office helpful.
- Strong conflict resolution skills.
- Well-versed in Internet navigation.
- Ability to learn about a variety of products.
- Also may require research skills to troubleshoot customer problems.
- Ability to incorporate constructive feedback.
- Bi-lingual Spanish is greatly preferred.
- Proficiency with Excel & Access (Access strongly desired. )
- Database experience
- Comfortable with formulas (building/using)
- SharePoint- strongly desired
- SalesForce CRM
- Previous call center experience preferred
