CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP SPECIALIST

A Customer Relationship Specialist is required for a 4 month contract based in Cardiff, for a large financial services client.

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

Deliver effective, efficient and compliant telephone-based customer service, working collaboratively with contact centre colleagues in order to maximise customer satisfaction and overall contact centre performance.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED

Excellent communication skills

Ability to drive service excellence

Ability to innovate for the future

Able to make informed decisions

Able to manage change effectively

Able to manage compliance and risk Effective planner

Able to identify and meet customer needs

Experience of working in Financial Services/regulated environment would be an advantage
