CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP SPECIALIST

A Customer Relationship Specialist is required for a 5 month contract based in Cardiff, for a large financial services client.

Purpose of the Role

Deliver effective, efficient and compliant telephone-based customer service, working collaboratively with contact centre colleagues in order to maximise customer satisfaction and overall contact centre performance.

Experience of working in Financial Services/regulated environment would be an advantage
