Customer Relations Specialist III Job

CUSTOMER RELATIONS SPECIALIST III needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in EVERETT, WA.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Planning, coordination and execution of complex customer visits, special events, conferences, product demonstrations, site tours, and sponsored functions
- Candidate will be required to lead or assist with customer engagements, manage vendors, prepare and deliver executive event briefs, and assess event effectiveness at the company's local site and other venues
- The job entails the use of event planning and project management skills, marketing tactics, clear understanding of customer requirements, a substantial working knowledge of U.S. and foreign government regulations, familiarity with international cultures and customs, and strict adherence to company guidelines, policies, and procedures
- Candidate will continuously collect, integrate and disseminate information to all stakeholders to ensure execution to the plan
- In addition, you will utilize event management tools and data to capture and closeout event reports

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Bachelor's degree
- Certified Meeting Professional, Association of Briefing Program Managers or other event marketing industry certification preferred
- Six (6) or more years' related work experience
- Demonstrated leadership, event project management, marketing, communications and teambuilding skills are key to this role
- Knowledge, flexibility, attention to detail, decisiveness, forward thinking and a positive approach to change and innovation
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision, meet deadlines and event budget targets, create and maintain effective working relationships and customer partnerships
