For our customer in Munich, Germany we are currently searching for a Customer Relations Manager - Telematics (f/m) Project Start: asap Project duration: 3 Months+ Location: Munich Tasks: * Responsible for providing Customer Program and Relationship Management within the Telematics Product Portfolio * Ensures that Customer Programs are fully documented and processes adhered to * To lead the cross-functional design and implementation team to successful delivery * Develop and execute Risk Management Plans Skills: * Experience in Communications Management and Escalation Management * Experience or knowledge in Telematics or similar Product Portfolios * Experience in Stakeholder Relationships * Operations Management experience advantageous * Hands-on experience in managing international programs * Fluent in English & German (written and spoken) * Experience in the Automotive sector is advantageous If you are interested in this vacancy, we would be pleased to receive your actual CV, availability and your hourly rate with everything included
