Customer Relations Advisor

We are recruiting a number of candidates (Can either be a graduate or have relevant experience within Customer Service or Financial services) on a contract basis to work as Case Handlers for a FTSE 100 company within the Financial Services/Banking sector.

This role is based in Leeds and is on a Contract until the 31st December 2013, although could be extended. Working 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday. There 2 shifts available, 07.00 to 15.00 paying £18,000 and 15.00 to 23.00 which pays £20,700.

We will be looking for candidates to be available to start on the 11th July and you will need to attend an interview/assessment on the 20th or 21st June.

The role will involve investigating the sale of a customer's insurance policy, to see if they were aware of the insurance terms and conditions and to assess whether it was a suitable product for them.

You will manage your own case load and will be responsible for liaising with Customers, 3rd Parties such as solicitors and other internal departments. There will also be large admin element.

You will be given comprehensive training over 2 weeks to enable you to understand the Payment Protection Insurance product, use the relevant systems and undertake the role in the style required by the company.

You will need to have excellent verbal and written communication skills as you will be speaking with customers on the phone and responding in writing.
