WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Receives and accurately records requirements.
- Communicates limited information based on experience and knowledge, seeks guidance from higher level customer representative specialist or manager.
- Completes tasks as directed (eg, forms, catering, visits/event support, transportation, lodging, badging and data entry). Establishes relationships with internal and external customers/suppliers.
- Seeks direction from customer airlines, customer quality support, customer engineering.
- Engages in basic accounting practices (eg, accounting software, invoice payment and reconciliation of bills).
- Schedules and coordinates logistics (eg, transportation, lodging and catering, etc.).
- Uses basic knowledge of company resources and vendor services to execute plans.
- Researches and begins to establish working relationships and prepare necessary paperwork for visit.
- With direct supervision, collects feedback responses from attendees as required for the visit/event.
- Files, posts bills, runs reports and post inventory control sheets.
- Obtains feedback from airline representatives and guests.
- Communicates to organizations across the company.
WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Hospitality and/or Customer Service focused background preferred.
