Your main tasks include:
+ Take ownership for resolving all QA issues
+ Liaise with internal and external Failure Analysis Labs
+ Handle customer component returns
+ Control and review failure analysis tasks
+ Generate, issue and communicate FA/ RMA/ 8D reports internal and with customer
+ Implement and verify actions identified
+ Ensure that the RMA database is maintained properly.
+ RMA
+ Database evaluation for RMA handling/ cycle time monitoring via data base
+ Degree or more in electronics or equivalent with experience in the field
+ Semiconductor experience/ customer handling with technical background (More than 10 years of experience in the semiconductor business is aimed)
+ Degree or more in electronics or equivalent with experience in the field
