Customer Proposition Manager - Berkshire - Insight

My Government client is looking for a number of Customer Proposition Managers.

The Propositions Team supports all customer related change projects across the organisation by assisting to define customer requirements.

This role will translate customer insight into propositions to enhance customer experience.

You will ideally have a strong customer focused, Business Analyst background and be comfortable working with Visio.

The specific skills required are:
Customer journey design
Customer experience measurement
Communications channel migration
Volumetrics around customer touch points
