SENIOR CPM CIVIL WORKS

We are currently looking for a Senior Customer Project Manager managing the Turn key roll out of one of operators in the Netherlands. Project manager is responsible for the complete process (Radio planning, Site acquisition, engineering, Civil Works, I&C, Integration and Acceptance). The NRO Customer Project Manager has to manage network rollout customer projects and secures that the project goals are met and the customer expectations are fulfilled. The customer relation has to be managed in the best possible way within the possibilities and scope of the contract. The Customer Project Manager defines challenging assignments for his/her project team members and creates an inspiring environment.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

- Opportunity creation and offer preparation
- Assignment and project specification
- Project execution and integration management
- Financial management of the project, Cost driven and margin awareness/improvement).
- Customer relation and acceptance
- Resource procurement and HR aspect within project team
- Risk Management
- Proper communication with all stakeholders

REQUIRED COMPETENCE

EDUCATION/GRADUATION

HBO/University level (Bachelor/Master's degree).

- Has the sensitivity to manage the perception of all stakeholders
- Takes the responsibility and is result driven
- Decisive and takes the lead
- Pro-active approach and is always "on top off" his/her project
- Structured way of working in planning and control
- FLUENT DUTCH SPEAKING

- Very customer oriented and knows how ICT industry works
- Knowledge of the Ericsson organization
- Capable of managing 3rd parties
- Speaks and writes English fluently
- Represents the Ericsson business interest and core values always in professional way

PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCES

- Knowledge and experience with project management processes and tools (PROPS-C, PMI)
- Understands network roll out
- Has experience with NRO process tools to manage the milestones.
- Has VCA Vol
- Understands ICT products and networks
- He/she is an excellent presenter
- Telecom background
