PMP certification is a must.
Bachelor degree in telecom engineering, computer science or related field
Professional career of at least 3 years of qualified experience as a Customer Project Manager
EXPERIENCE OF SYSTEM INTEGRATION AND IP BASED SOLUTIONS IN TELECOMMUNICATIONS INDUSTRY
KNOWLEDGE OF ERICSSON MEDIA AND APPLICATIONS SERVICE ENABLEMENT PRODUCT PORTFOLIO (EXPERIENCE IN OTHER VENDOR PRODUCTS IS A PLUS)
EXPERIENCE IN CUSTOMER CARE, BILLING, MDM(METER DATA MANAGEMENT), MWM(METER WORKFORCE MANAGEMENT) IS A BIG PLUS
UNDERSTANDING OF THE TELECOM OPERATOR BUSINESS AND GLOBAL FRAMEWORKS SUCH AS ETOM AND ITIL.
EXTENSIVE KNOWLEDGE OF THE PROJECT MANAGEMENT STANDARDS, PROCESS, AND TOOLS.
KNOWLEDGE OF ERICSSON ORGANIZATION, PROCESSES AND TOOLS IS PREFERRED
Successfully delivered medium-to-large scale projects - managing onsite and distributed teams of up to 15 members, multiple sub-contractors
Good knowledge and understanding of migration projects
Experienced with off-shore delivery models
Experienced managing 3PPs
A Suitable candidate should possess the following competencies:
