Customer Marketing Manager Job

CUSTOMER MARKETING MANAGER needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in UNIVERSAL CITY, CA

THE BIG PICTURE- TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- At least four (4) years marketing experience
- Responsible for developing, planning, coordinating, executing and analysing Customer specific marketing activities that contribute to the achievement of new release titles volume and profit goals for retail accounts
- Works with field based Customer Marketing Managers to develop Customer and Channel specific programs for new release products
- Works with field based Customer Marketing Managers to fully understand customer promotion goals, strategies, operating policies and capabilities

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Understands key drivers of our customers' new release business and ensures that we have the product or promotional plans in place to secure our fair share of these opportunities
- Conducts weekly program status meetings with field based Customer Marketing Managers
- Works with outside vendors to design premiums, as necessary, and creates and manages within established budgets and timelines
- Works with finance to approve ROI analyses and title based needs
- Key liaison between Digital Distribution and retail teams to ensure new release programs between physical and digital retailers are aligned
- Liaises between field teams and LA based teams including Brand, Creative, Operations, Promotions and Theatrical teams to ensure alignment and smooth workflow
- Develops knowledge of the home entertainment business
- Coordinates needs for any account specific meetings including decks, reels and other materials
- Conducts special projects as needed, including analysis of competitive titles, market trends, retail activity
- Provides information on new release titles to Sales and field based Customer Marketing Mangers
- Attends departmental meetings with teams to align on programs and promotions to ensure retailer needs are being met

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Bachelors degree
- Exceptional communicator (written and oral) with the ability to build relationships and influence teams
- Analytical thinking and problem solving skills
