My client is a market leader seeking a Technical Customer Management Consultant. The Customer Management Consultant must be able to handle the issues and contact center environment at home
CUSTOMER MANAGEMENT TECHNICAL CONSULTANT QUALIFICATIONS
- A degree in computer science or equivalent degree (university, ETH or FH)
- experience in contact center technologies and projects
- professional experience in the CRM environment ( development or integration) and knowledge of CRM standard products
- Impeccable spoken and written German ( mother tongue level ) and good knowledge of English
- High autonomy and flexibility in the application area
- flexibility and mobility
CUSTOMER MANAGEMENT TECHNICAL CONSULTANT EXPERIENCE
- Engineering of computer telephony integration (CTI ) and CRM applications of contact centers
- Design and implementation of solutions
- Project management
- Presales
- Serving customers in the area of maintenance and support
This is a Fantastic opportunity for a CUSTOMER MANAGEMENT TECHNICAL CONSULTANT to work with a market leading IT Organisation in Bern on an initial 9 month contract.
