Customer Liaison Officer

A fantastic opportunity has become available for an experienced CUSTOMER LIAISON OFFICER to join a dedicated team in Sydney's West. Supporting the Business Relationship Managers, you will be acting as the conduit between frontline staff and the infrastructure team resolving and investigating internal issues and complaints.

Your duties:

- Facilitate issues, complaints, communications during unplanned outages and timely restore services with minimal business impact
- Prepare and distribute timely communications and resolution to issues and complaints
- Action service requests promptly ensuring business requirements are fully understood and met
- Provide timely and regular feedback to clients on the progress of their incidents, enquiries and service requests

Your background:

- High level interpersonal, written and oral communication skills for consulting with business stakeholders and conveying complex business processes, problems and technology information accurately and succinctly
- Demonstrated experience in implementing consultative/participative processes with business/customer stakeholders
- Excellent facilitation, negotiation and conflict resolution skills for managing IT service related issues and complaints
- Proven experience promoting customer focussed service delivery
- Experience in service management including monitoring and reporting to customers and key stakeholders on service delivery performance using a range of communication channels
- Proven experience in working with customer groups to align IT service provision to business requirements
- ITIL Foundation will be an advantage, but is not mandatory.
