Customer Liaison Executive Luton
£8.00 PH
8 - 12 Weeks Contract

You will be the primary point of contact for all end customer enquiries including provision of telephone, e-mail and fax support. You will take responsibility to log and record that all appropriate contractual documentation related to end customers is in place and up to date at all times. Ensure escalated calls are followed through in a timely manner to provide customer with speedy resolution. You will deal with first line customer supply management queries.

Key Experience
*Ability to deal with circa. 30 inbound calls per day and multi-task outbound calls and all queries dealt with within agreed SLAs
*Ability to work well and in a calm and professional manner at all times - specifically where factors outside of core team affect our ability to service market need
*Handling queries from customers where they are not happy
*Excellent interpersonal skills
*Working knowledge of SAP would be a bonus
*Intermediate level of knowledge in working with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
