CUSTOMER INTERFACE ADMINISTRATOR/CUSTOMER SERVICE - SURREY

Customer Interface Co-ordinator is required by a market leader in Surrey to act as the first line of interface to their customer base on a day to day basis. This is a temporary position but there is an opportunity for it to be made permanent.

The successful Customer Liaison Co-ordinator will:- - Deal with customer enquiries in a professional manner to ensure that their requirements are understood and demonstrate that the company is doing all they can to provide an excellent service
- Receive and process customer orders and ensure they are passed down the chain to distribution in a timely fashion
- Contribute actively to the efficient processing of queries by standardizing workflows
- Act as a source of information regarding customer satisfaction
- Experience in Customer Service and able to deal with both internal and external customer complaint situations
- Previous experience in pharmaceutical industry or with a wholesaler is preferable

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

- Maths and English GCSE
- Microsoft Office Package
- Good communication skills
- Team player with self-drive, willing to be hands on and add value in a dynamic and changing organization

DESIRABLE SKILLS

- Previous SAP experience desirable

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Answer phone queries promptly and professionally, follow up on unresolved queries
- Investigate root cause of question and forward queries to identified experts
- Stay current on out of stock report and latest supply information
- Entering of orders received daily via different means
- Perform plausibility checks by having a thorough understanding of the ordering process
- Monitor EDI order submission through to delivery
- Enter requests for credit notes in CEP and Lotus Notes
- Timely report on patterns and trends observed
