Working for a global organisation you will be responsible for managing a diverse range of inbound Customer Service enquiries whilst adopting a general consulting approach within a busy and challenging Customer Support team. You should be success driven and enjoy working in a fast paced environment. Previous experience within a call centre would be desirable, along with the ability to listen, probe and analyse enquiries of customers.
