Customer Interaction Advisor - Bracknell - 12 month contract - £12 per hour

Our client is seeking a Customer Interaction Advisor to be based in Bracknell on an initial 12 month contract.

Job Overview:

The client is recruiting for a 'Customer Interaction Advisor' based in their Bracknell Head Office. Responsible for managing the customer engagement via multiple channels and is looking for candidates who can operate fluently within online channels as well as via traditional routes.

The role is ideal for an experienced in-bound team advisor who enjoys working in a diverse business environment, handling sales and service calls from new and existing customers. As part of this inbound team you should be a candidate that is success driven, enjoys working at a fast pace and enjoys a dynamic and challenging environment.

Roles and responsibilities:

Manage a diverse range of inbound customer service enquiries, showing empathy and providing solutions.
Work on a first call resolution approach where possible.
Listen, probe and analyse enquiries to determine the underlying needs of the customer.
Provide exemplary service support across a variety of products.
Navigate the internal complexity of the client in order to resolve the enquiry.
Communicate in a prompt, polite and clear manner.
Address any issues of conflict or complaints.
Identify and recommend additional products to suit customers' needs.
Be professionally focussed in order to achieve targets.

Required skills and experiences:

Previous experience within a Call Centre is desirable, however, bright, articulate candidates from other relevant sales and customer service backgrounds will be considered.
Excellent listening skills and the ability to identify the customer issue, adapting approach accordingly
Confidence, drive and an outgoing personality
Flexible approach to your working hours.
Highest standard of integrity and honesty.
Confidence to learn and develop through continuous training and development.
Good communication skills - the ability to explain information simply and clearly whilst building a strong rapport with customers and resolving any areas of contention.
Ability to work within busy contact environment
Ability to work on your own initiative and be a real team player.
Ability to multi-task, handle volume calls efficiently and think on your feet
Keyboard and PC literate, MS Office Skills
