My client a gaming organisation is currently looking for a Customer Intelligence/Analytics consultant on an initial 6 month contract.

This gaming business currently has a BI/Analytics function that is very reactive, producing reports on an ad-hoc basis which in turn don't feed into CRM, Marketing, Product Development and Pricing and other parts of the business. Data flow is slow across the whole organisation and there is no real value-add from this service. This needs to change and become a more proactive function with a fit-for-purpose strategy and tactical awareness.

The core purpose of this role is to work with key stakeholder across the business to really define what they are looking for from their CI/Analytics team. Looking at the processes and procedures they have in place to assess whether they are fit for purpose and then build an action plan of how to get to "to be" and then implement.

Important points to note for this role are that this is a high transaction multi-channel environment with emphasis on B2C delivery. We are needing a strategic individual who can take responsibility for CRM, Analysts, Insight and research teams and get them working more effectively for the business.

As the successful candidate you will have heavy exposure to a pure Customer Intelligence/Analytics/BI role at senior level, you will have extensive B2C expose in a multi-channel environment and will have had responsibility for customer segmentation, churn, retention and pricing at a strategic level. Gaming or betting sector experience is highly desirable for this role.
