I am looking to hire a customer insight manager for one of my public sector client.

Please see the below job specification:

1. PND Business Continuity:

Business case development for PND and supporting contracts (IAM, Listpoint and DMSS).

Development and delivery of PND stakeholder engagement and communications plans and workshops.

Support project team in implementing plans and resolving communications backlog/issues and help implement effective communication action plans.

Overhaul, update and maintenance of PND Polka site, the main communication channel which is in daily use by PND operational users.

Drafting of briefings and FOI responses.

2. PND Customer Survey/and results analysis - Develop and deliver second PND customer survey including devising and delivering all communications to promote the survey, assess and summarise results, and work with live services to incorporate findings alongside demand analysis.

Draw out main trends and information to help inform project development and improve current service.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE:

1. Communications and marketing skills

2. Stakeholder engagement and management skills

3. Project management skills

4. Business analysis skills

5. Drafting and editing skills

6. Survey and analytical skills.

7. Experience of policing communication channels, especially POLKA

8. CIM Diploma or equivalent

9. Project management experience/PRINCE2.

10. Experience of working in an Agile environment

DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE:

1. Knowledge of PND, IAM, Listpoint and POLKA
