Customer Insight Analyst - 6 month CONTRACT

CLIENT

I'm seeking TWO experienced Customer Insight Analysts to join this large Retail organization on a 3 month term. You will have a strong background in CRM and customer insight analysis, utilizing techniques such as segmentation, cluster analysts, regression analysis, modelling and deriving and presenting actionable insights to senior level stakeholders.

This company operates a SAS Base and SQL environment, therefore, strong skills using these tools is
ESSENTIAL:

*Highly credible retail organization, access to very large sets of complex, customer data
*Strong likelihood of extension
*Pivotal team within the business, driving decisioning within all aspects of marketing

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

*Proven experience using SAS Base and SQL combined with good Excel and PowerPoint knowledge to extract and analyse, large quantities of customer data
*Convert customer analysis and insight into actionable recommendations for marketing, sales and product departments
*Solutions focused and capable of working independently
*Good stakeholder management skills
*Flexible, adaptable and works well under pressure
*Experience of working within a large consumer driven environment, ideally retail

POSITION - Customer Insight Analyst

TERM -3 months

LOCATION - London

Rates - £300 - £400 per day
