Customer Insight Analyst - 12 Month Fixed Term Contract

Our Customer Insight team provide relevant and accurate insights into our customer base which help us to achieve our aim of delivering a market leading customer experience. With our recent growth and ambitious plans we are now looking to expand the Group's Insight & Retail Strategy Department. As a result we are looking for a Customer Insight Analyst to join us, initially on a 12 month basis but with the possibility of a longer-term role.

If you have:
A proven track record in providing insight analysis and making recommendations using SQL
Experience of using analytical tools and methodologies to get the maximum benefits in an efficient manner.
Experience of using relational customer databases.
SAS and financial services experience (preferable)
Education to a degree level, or equivalent
A customer centric approach with appreciation of the end customer' as well as internal customers
Have excellent analytical and communication skills
Are flexible to work to tight deadlines and changing requirements
