Customer Insight Analyst - contract until end of March 2015 - West Yorkshire - £400 per day (customer insight, customer experience, customer journey, customer segmentation)

Harvey Nash is working with a well-known financial services brand in West Yorkshire as they urgently seek a Customer Insight Analyst on contract basis until the end of March 2015. You will be joining a newly established and rapidly expanding Customer Experience team that are in the final throws of implementing a transformation strategy.

The Customer Insight Manager has carried out an initial impact assessment and gathered high level requirements and now needs a Customer Insight Analyst to gather detailed requirements and assist in the planning, building and implementation of the Customer Experience capability.

Responsibilities will include customer journey mapping, research, analysis and customer segmentation.

Given that this is still an immature function; the role requires a candidate with strong customer insight analysis experience. Any financial services experience is advantageous but is not essential.

The role is paying up to £400 per day (potentially with some flexibility) and is ideally looking for someone able to start in the early part of December.
