My client is looking for a Customer Insight Analyst who has had commercial experience in a Data Analyst/Insight role with hands on SPSS/SAS or similar statistical software along with experience of working direct marketing or customer loyalty programmes in a customer database environment. You will take the lead on statistical analysis and predictive modelling to support brand strategies, lead in the building of advanced segmentation's and targeting models, develop and maintain key business reports for senior stakeholders in the organisation and analyse campaign results and trends in customer behaviour.
You will need to have a solid understanding of customer and transactional data and its relational structure with the ability to draw meaningful and actionable insight out of large volumes of data.
