Customer Finance Collections Specialist

Our client, a leading mobile telecommunications operator, is looking to recruit a Customer Finance Collections Specialist on a contract basis for their Hertfordshire location.

As the Customer Finance Collections Specialist your main responsibilities will be to:

*Proactively engage in outbound calling of customers to negotiate recovery of doubtful debt.
*Handle inbound escalation calls and provide an excellent customer service.
*Ensure that all collection targets are met whilst maintaining high quality standards.
*Actively work to retain customers.
*Ensure a full resolution of any customer issues.
*Update customer records accurately and maintain a high level of customer service.

Ideally you will have prior experience of working within a collections or telesales environment, either working in the telecommunication or utilities industries or similar.
