Customer Facing IT-Consultant (m/f)

MY DUTIES:

-Consult the external customer and evaluate together the best suitable solution according to the customer's business needs and eCommerce (eCom) portfolio
-Set up, test and implement interfaces with external customers, giving them support on the technical and integration aspects of the deployment
-Troubleshoot, support and communicate to external customers and internal business partners regarding the interfaces and systems in the assigned area
-Ensure the continuous care of external customers (refreshes, updates, soft- and hardware support etc.) by offering the best possible service and efficiency
-Provide regular on-site checks and supervision of eCom solutions and interfaces deployed, to ensure trouble-free use of these services and products according to the greatest possible customer-oriented usage
-Organise, schedule and execute external customer presentations and technical pre-sales activities according to company policy guidelines
-Perform other tasks as assigned in a qualitative way

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

-Experience in working in eCom and/or ITProcesses, focus on the solutions and interfaces used to integrate companies
-Experience with XML & EDI systems
-Experience in working in an IT Support and/or IT Pre-sales function in a service-related industry
-Experience in the transportation industry
-Experience in working within an external customer contact center environment
-Passion for customer service, analytical thinking and teamwork
-Language skills including German and English, both written and spoken
