CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE RESEARCH MANAGER - USABILITY - TESTING - CX - UX - PAYMENTS - FINANCIAL SERVICES

A leading payments institution has an urgent requirement for a highly experienced Customer Experience Research and Testing Manager to join them on a contractual basis.

Reporting into the Head of Consumer Experience Research and Testing, you will be responsible for managing and delivering a range of customer experience research and testing projects, whilst also acting as an SME in order to provide meaningful insight to help guide the design and development of best in class products and services.

Candidates must have:

- Formal training in research and testing design to Masters or PhD level. Vocational equivalents are also desired
- 5 years minimum experience managing customer experience research and testing projects
- Extensive knowledge of product innovation and customer experience research and testing methods, techniques and tools in a commercial context
- Experience managing external research and testing suppliers
- Proven ability to work with a variety of stakeholders across all business areas
