CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE RESEARCH AND TESTING MANAGER - 6 MONTHS - FINANCIAL CLIENT - £NEGOTIABLE RATE - ASAP - IMMEDIATE START

Montash have been engaged by a global financial client in order to source an experienced CX Research and Testing Manager as part of their Research and Testing function focussing around their digital products.

KEYSKILLS:

- Manage and deliver on a range of research and testing projects
- Supporting ongoing products and service improvement
- Extensive knowledge of product innovation
- Exposure to Waterfall and/or Agile methodologies
- Ability to work with a variety of high level stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills
